- Codes Found: P2440 Secondary Air Injection System Switching Valve Stuck Open Bank 1 (Driver's Side). Upon initial engine start-up could hear Air pump (Sounds like Shopvac) running under hood. Ran for about 1 minute while scanning for codes then shut off. Took for test drive to feel out customer concern. Everything ran normal but lights flashing on dash for Trac Control, VSC, 4LO, and Check Engine light staying on. Shut truck off, cleared codes and re-roadtested on highway. Put on about 5-10 miles and ran good with no codes. Got back to shop and did Auto Functional test of secondary air system and all passed. Upon research of code: Notes of Foam from Air Motor getting stuck in valves causing them to get stuck open and cause loss of power, and flashing dash lights. Would require further tear down under intake in order to see if anything is broken. Also Noticed Air Injection Control Valve on Driver's Side had a bolt missing, Replaced Bolt as well as re tightened the other loose bolt
