- Aftermarket wire harness connection was severely corroded causing intermittent connection when wire harness moved. Cleaned up male pins for headlight and used new adapter harness to go from stock harness to aftermarket light. Turning radius issue was due to steering shock absorber being mis-adjusted not allowing full travel from left to right. Adjusted and now good both directions.
